教育生产函数视角下我国义务教育公平性研究

摘要 当前,我国义务教育质量和资源配置水平有了很大程度的提升,通过对相关数据的分析发现,我国教育质量和教育资源配置在地区间和城乡间依旧存在不同程度的不公平问题。基于教育生产函数模型,以2003-2014年省际面板数据为基础,对教育质量差异与资源配置差异进行实证分析。研究发现,义务教育质量与师资水平、计算机、藏书量和教育经费投入具有明显的相关关系。保障义务教育资源均衡配置,提高教育质量,促进教育公平的关键在于健全义务教育资源配置体制,确保投入的充足性、资源配置的均衡性和有效性。 At present, the whole qualities of compulsory education and resources allocation level have-been improved significantly. In terms of the analysis of relevant data, this paper finds that the quality of education and educational resources allocation between regions and between urban and rural areas still have unfair problems. Based on the education production function model and the 2003 -2014 Provincial Panel Data, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the quality of education and the differences of resources allocation. The results show that the quality of compulsory education has a significant correlation with teachers, computers, volumes of books, and the amount of revenue funding for education. The key point of guaranteeing balanced development of compulsory education, promoting the balanced resourcesallocation and improving the quality of education lies in improving the resource allocation system of compulsory education and ensuring the adequacy of inputs, balance and effectiveness of resource allocation .
