摘要
文章运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,针对就业意向的学理结构进行分析与建构,并开展民族地区高校社会体育指导与管理专业大学生就业意向现状调查与分析。结果显示:就业观念层面,被调查者普遍认为就业形势较为严峻,希望能及时就业,不太注重职业与专业的对口性。就业条件期望层面,职业类型、职业薪水期望较为客观,就业地点及年限多期望就近长期就业。就业指导期望层面期望多样,期望学校培训方式以模拟面试、开展讲座为主,培训内容以面试技巧、就业政策为主。
In terms of research methods such as document, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes theoretical basis and theoretical structure of employment intention, and investigate the current situation of employment intention of college students majoring in social sports guidance and management in the minority areas. The results show that in the aspect of employment concept, the employees think employment situation is relatively serious, and they hope to find a job in time without paying much attention to the consistency between the major and the job. However, in the aspect of employment condition, the students have a relatively objective thinking about the employment type and wage. In addition, they prefer to working for a long time not far from their hometown. As for the training in the university, they hope to get more chance to simulate interview and attend lectures which focuses on interview skills and employment policies.
