论都匀毛尖茶茶膳食的营养价值

On the Nutritive Value of Duyun Maojian as the Food Material

都匀毛尖茶品质优良,是贵州省都匀市特有的地理标志性产品,享有众多荣誉头衔。近年来,都匀市政府对其品牌的宣传打造力度不断加大。随着茶叶中的活性成分和药理作用不断被发现,其入菜的保健功能逐渐得到肯定。贵州是一个多民族省份,黔菜诞生于民间且紧密结合当地的食材,以及特有的少数民族特征,在民族膳食中加入都匀毛尖茶叶可以达到治疗疾病的作用。针对以都匀毛尖为主的茶膳食所具有的营养价值进行了研究。

Duyun Maojian is a special local product in Guizhou province. In recent years, Duyun Government works harder to support Maojian Tea brand. However, as the more and more nutrient content and health function are being discovered, Duyun Maojian works as a kind of food material used into the dishes. Qiannan prefecture with many minorities has its own special dishes through selecting the local raw materials. When Duyun Maojian is added into the dishes, the new type of Qiannan dishes can have the effect of curing diseases. Based on this, this paper makes a research on the nutritive value of Duyun Maojian as the food material.
