摘要
本文在我国资产证券化从试点到推广的背景下,分析了小额贷款公司开展资产证券化的必要性和可行性。提出了在完善自身的业务经营、建立全方位的风险控制体系以及尝试与其业务期限相匹配的证券化交易结构设计的基础上,发展小额贷款资产证券化的具体建议,以此确保丹东地区的小额贷款公司能在金融扶贫工作中发挥出更大的作用。
The necessity and feasibility of asset securitization of small loan companies in China were analyzed.Besides,concrete suggestions to develop asset securitization of pretty loan are proposed,such as perfecting business operation,building all-round risk control system and trying to design the securitized deal structure which matches its business deadline.
