By analyzing cooperative education mechanism in terms of connotation,significance and its application in ESP talents cultivation,where demand-oriented goals and principles are stated,this article dissects the limitation of SOP in enterprises,also focuses on the feasibility and practicability of defining standards of ESP pragmatic competence under the cooperative education mechanism.
