摘要
以热研7-33-97一蓬叶稳定的芽接苗为材料,喷施不同浓度脱落酸(ABA)溶液后,人工气候室4℃低温处理,观察橡胶树芽接苗期抗寒性。结果表明,喷施浓度为25-100 mg·L^(-1)的ABA能提高橡胶芽接苗的抗冷性,有效地降低叶片相对电导率,提高叶片内游离脯氨酸的含量、叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性;25 mg·L^(-1)ABA预处理抗寒效果和经济性最好。
Studied the effects of ABA on the chilling tolerance of rubber tree grated budding seedlings by means of applying 0, 25, 50, and 100 mg·L-1ABA five days then treated at 4℃ in temperature chamber. Results showed that pretreatment by ABA promote the chilling-resistant ability, reduce leaf conductivity. Chilling-resistant mechanisms were related to the increase POD and SOD enzyme activities, proline contents, and chlorophyll contents. The effective ABA solution is 50 mg· L-1.
