摘要
以菠萝叶纤维为研究对象,选用5种不同溶剂提取纤维中的活性成分进行定性分析,以大肠杆菌为指示菌,评价其抑菌效果。结果表明:通过定性分析发现石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮以及水5段提取物中分别含有酚类、黄酮类、生物碱及香豆素等抗菌成分。
Pineapple leaf fiber was used as material to extract active component with the five differ- ent dissolvent and they were selected for qualitative research. Their antibacterial activity was evaluat- ed with the Escherichia coli as indicator bacteria. The results indicated through qualitative analysis, we found petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, acetone and water extract may contain phe- nol, flavonoids, alkaloid, coumarin and other antibacterial component.
