摘要
建立槟榔中9种有机磷农药残留的三重四级杆液相色谱-质谱联用分析方法,采用1%乙酸-乙腈溶液作为提取液,直接稀释后以液相色谱-串联质谱仪在多反应监测模式(MRM)下检测。研究结果发现,9种有机磷农药成分的线性范围均在2~20 ng/m L,相关系数r均大于0.999。方法的平均回收率在73.4%~120%,RSD为0.59%~9.93%,方法检出限为50.0μg/kg。此方法具有良好的回收率及稳定性,可用于槟榔中有机磷农药残留的测定。
To establish a new method for analysis of residues of nine organophosphorus pesticides in Areca catechu Linn by using HPLC-MS-MS, one percent of acetic acid in acetonitrile was used as an extraction solvent for determination of organophosphorus pesticides by using HPLC-MS-MS. The results showed that the linear range of components of nine organophosphorus pesticides was 2~20 ng/m L with the correlation coefficient r being above 0.999. The average recovery was 73.4% ~120%, and the RSD was0.59% ~9.93%. The limit of detection(LOD) was 50.0 μg/kg. This method had good stability and high recovery rate, and can be used to detect organophosphorus pesticide residues in Areca catechu Linn.
