摘要
干部培训的教学不仅体现教师自身的素质和能力,而且直接影响到受训干部素质和能力的提升。教学过程中,能否备好课、授好课,能否坚守心中的理想信念,忠诚于党的干部教育事业,是衡量干部培训教师能否胜任职责的重要指标。但是在干部培训教学实践中尚存在教学理论与实践脱节、授课内容与授课方法不匹配、教学创新要求高与教师现有综合业务素质能力不足之间有较大差距等问题。教师要关注干部培训的新需求,不断学习,扎实理论功底,下基层调研"接地气",练好"内功"备好课;在授课环节上下"真功夫",同时不断创新教学方式方法;坚持和坚守教师职责,探索教学实践追求卓越境界。
The teaching of training cadres shows not only the quality and ability of teachers, but also influence on the quality and the ability of trainees. In the process of teaching, an important indicator of measuring teacher competence is dedicated to the Party's education cause, including well preparing lessons and teaching lessons, adherence to ideal and faith. But there still exist some problems in the teaching practice: divorce between theory and practice in the teaching; mismatching between teaching contents and methods; large gap between the requirements of teaching innovation and personal comprehensive quality ability. We should take some measures to improve teaching efficiency: to enhance the training pertinence and effectiveness to improve the quality of training; to focus on the new training requirements; to keep learning; to lay a solid theoretical foundation; to do a basic survey;"down to earth", to enhance internal competence to well prepare the lessons; to pay more attention to the teaching links; continuously innovate the teaching methods; to persist and adhere to the duties of teachers, and explore the excellent teaching practice.
