摘要
新时期的干部培训要适应新形势新任务新情况的需要,更好地满足各级干部多样化的培训需求,创新教学方式势在必行。而互动式教学兼备案例式、体验式、模拟式等教学方法的特征,能够适应干部培训教学改革的新要求,在干部培训中是可行的。互动是培训的永恒主题,是和谐课堂的标志,也是教师和学员共同追求的理想境界,采用互动式教学效果良好。
In the new period, the cadres' training must adapt to the needs of the new tasks in the new situation and to better meet with the training needs of cadres at all levels, so it is urgent to innovate teaching methods. The interactive teaching methods contain case study mode, experiential mode, analog mode and other teaching methods, which may adapt to the new requirements of teaching reform, and all these methods are feasible. Interaction is the eternal theme of the training, the symbol of a harmonious classroom, also the ideal field for teachers and students, and the effect of the interactive teaching is prominent.
