摘要
本文采用以页岩陶砂和陶粒为集料,经过物理发泡而形成的新型泡沫混凝土,系统地试验研究水胶比、发泡时间、陶粒的软化、粉煤灰掺量对全轻自密实陶粒泡沫混凝土的性能影响,同时还分析了立方体抗压强度、导热系数、干表观密度等影响因素之间的关系。结果表明,水胶比、陶粒的软化对立方体抗压强度的影响明显;发泡时间对导热系数的影响明显;全轻自密实陶粒混凝土立方体抗压强度、导热系数、干表观密度具有一定的相关性。
In this paper, a new type of foam concrete concluding shale ceramic sand and ceramsite, which is formed by physical toa- ming, is studied. Some factors influence on performance of foam concrete is studied, and these factors are water-cement ratio, the foa- ming time and the softening of the ceramisite. Relationship between compressive strength, thermal conductivity and dry apparent densi- ty of the whole light self-compacted ceramisite foam concrete are studied. The results show that the effect of water-cement ratio and ce- ramisite on the compressive strength is more obvious than others. The effect of foam time on thermal conductivity is more obvious than others. There is a certain correlation between compressive strength, thermal conductivity and the dry apparent density.
