摘要
以正硅酸四乙酯为硅源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,偏钒酸铵为钒源,乙醇为助溶剂合成了钒掺杂的介孔二氧化硅。通过XRD、TEM、N2吸附-脱附对样品进行了表征;考察了模板剂浓度、乙醇量、水量和钒含量对合成样品介孔结构的影响。结果表明,模板剂浓度、乙醇量、水量的变化都会使样品的介孔结构发生转变,而随着钒含量的增加,样品的介孔结构并未改变,但样品的介孔有序度逐渐下降,比表面积逐渐减小。
Vanadium doped mesoporous silica materials were synthesized by using of tetraethyl orthosilicate ( silicon source), hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide ( template agent), ammonium metavanadate ( vanadium source) and ethanol (cosolvent). The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), N2 adsorption-desorption. Effects of tem- plate concentration, ethanol concentration, water content and vanadium content on mesoporous structure of the synthesized samples are studied. The results show that the change of template concentration, ethanol content, and water quantity made the structures of the syn- thesized samples transformed. With the increase of the vanadium content, the mesoporous structure of the samples do not change, but the specific surface area gradually decreased, and the mesoporous ordering began to deteriorate.
