摘要
研究了退火温度、保温时间对双层卷焊钢管力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明:高温退火可明显改善DWBT的可变形能力,随退火温度增加、保温时间的延长,DWBT屈服强度降低,延伸率上升而抗拉强度变化幅度较小;无论退火与否,双层卷焊钢管的金相组织均为块状铁素体且伴随有少量的晶内铁素体存在;高温退火时,双层卷焊钢管中铁素体晶粒尺寸变化幅度较小,无明显的静态再结晶过程。
The effects of annealing temperatureand annealing timeon mechanical properties and microstructure of double wall brazed tube are studied. The results show that high temperature annealing can significantly improve DWBT's deformability. With the increasing of annealing temperature and time, the yield strength of double wall brazed tube decrease, the plasticity increase and its ensile strength change a little. Whether or not annealing, the microstructure of double wall brazed tube are massive ferrite and a little intragranular fer- rite. The ferrite grain size of double wall brazed tube change a little and have no significant static recrystallization process during high temperature annealing.
