正电荷对静电纺丝锥射流的影响

摘要 使用静电纺丝法对聚乙烯醇进行纺丝实验研究,引入正电荷作为影响因素,分析了在不同电荷量及间距条件下,聚乙烯醇锥射流发散角度的变化.结果表明,由于库仑力的作用,正电荷与带电的聚乙烯醇锥射流发生排斥现象,从而导致锥射流发生偏移.据此,利用一对相向的库仑力缩小静电纺丝锥射流的发散角度,减小射流的离散程度.该方法可提高近场打印微纳米结构的分辨率,也可应用于柔性电子材料和太阳能电池等领域. The spinning experiment of polyvinyl alcohol is made by using electrospinning, in which the positive charge serves as an influencing factor. The change of the divergence angle of the polyvinyl alcohol cone jet is analyzed under the condition of different charges and spaces. A conclusion is reached that the cone jet of the electriferous polyvinyl repels the positive charges due to the Coulomb force and the cone jet deviates. A pair of opponent Coulomb forces are used to reduce the jet divergence angle and decrease its dispersion degree. This method can improve the resolution of micro/nano structures of the near-field printing, which can also be applied in such fields as flexible electronics, solar cells.
