The research and analysis of 548 commonly used Drug Instructions from our hospital

目的分析医院常用药品说明书各项内容标注情况,促进药品说明书更完整准确,使其在指导临床合理用药方面发挥更大的作用。方法收集医院门诊药房、静脉用药调配中心常用药品的药品说明书共548份(以厂家、批准文号为收集依据),依据国家相关规定和规范细则的要求,对药品说明书的内容进行统计和分析。结果 548份说明书全部标注明确的项目共13项,这些项目均为患者服用该药品所需的最基本信息。标注不明确或未标注的共13项,并就标注不明确或未标注的项目进行了讨论。结论各部门应当提高对药品说明书的重视程度,使药品说明书在指导合理用药方面发挥更大的作用,提高患者用药的安全性和有效性。

Objective To analyze the contents which were marked clearly of drug Instructions from our hospital, and to promote the Drug Instructions to more complete and accurate, to make it play a greater role to guide the clinical drug use. Methods Collecting 548 commonly used drug Instructions from Outpatient Pharmacy and Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service of our hospital, and to count and analyze the description of drug Instructions according to relevant provisions of the state and the requirement of standard and details. Results The items＇ contents which were marked clearly were 13, and these items were the most basic information needed to know to take the drugs. The items＇ contents which were marked un-clearly were 13 and were discussed. Conclusion Various Departments should increase the degree of attention to the drug instructions, making the Drug Instructions to play greater role to guide the clinical drug use,to improve the safety and effectiveness of patients with medication.
