摘要
围绕着"板块训练"对我国优秀中跑运动员不同阶段的训练情况进行研究,发现:1)中跑运动员调整期板块的身体素质训练特点指标的重要性程度依次为基础耐力、体能与心理的恢复能力、肌肉放松能力、意志力、专项耐力、专项力量等;2)中跑运动员准备期板块身体素质训练指标的重要性程度依次为:基础耐力、专项耐力、肌肉放松能力、体能与心理的恢复能力、意志力等;3)中跑运动员比赛期板块的身体素质训练指标的重要性程度依次为专项耐力、体能与心理的恢复能力、肌肉放松能力、意志力以及最大力量等。
This is a study on the Training of Elite Middle-distance Runners at different stages around "block training". It founds 3 key results:1) The importance degree of physical fitness training index of the middle distance runners is followed by basic endurance, physical and psychological recovery ability, muscle relaxing ability, willpower, special endurance, special forces etc. 2) The importance level of the physical fitness training index of middle-distance runners in preparation period is as follows: basic endurance, special endurance, muscle relaxation ability, physical and psychological recovery ability, willpower etc. 3)The importance of physical fitness training index of middle distance race athletes during competition plate followed by special endurance, physical and psychological recovery ability, muscle relaxing ability, willpower and the maximum strength.
