摘要
为了解我国食品安全体系变化过程中所产生的食品安全问题,文章收集并整理了从2004年初至2013年末这10年内经权威媒体报道的与食品安全相关的新闻共计1592例。通过分析案例中所涉及的食品安全事故的发生地、食品安全事故中所包含的食物种类、食物来源、食物中所使用的添加剂/污染物以及这些问题背后的人为因素。在数据分析的基础上,文章从建立有效的食品安全法律体系、加强食品安全信息系统的建立、加大对食品安全违法的惩罚力度和发挥消费者在食品安全问题中的积极作用这四个方面提出建议以求改善我国食品安全现状。
In order to understand China's food safety problems in the changing food system,we collected 1592 cases of news reports about food safety accidents from January 2004 to December 2013.In the cases involved,we got an understanding of the places where food safety accidents happened,food types,food sources,food additives/pollutants,and the man-made elements behind these problems.On the basis of the data analysis,we made recommendations on establishing effective legal system of food safety,enhancing the establishment of information system of food safety,increasing the punishment for the violation of food safety law,and playing consumers' positive role in the food safety system to improve the food safety conditions in our country.
