Survey and Thinking of Chinese Language and Literature Major Students Teaching Skills in Wenshan University

我国的教师培养主要靠师范教育,在新一轮基础教育课程改革的背景下,对教师素质提出更高的要求,现有的师范教育更应该有针对性的培养和训练师范生的教学技能,地方高校师范生在培养目标以及培养方式上,应该立足教育教学需求做出相应调整与完善,培养适应基础教育改革的准教师。

Teacher training in our country mainly rely on normal education. Against the background of new basic education curriculum reform, the paper puts forward higher requirements for teachers＇ quality, and thinks the existing teacher education should aim at training and training students＇ teaching skills, and local university students should make corresponding adjustment and improvement of teachers cultivation based on education teaching needs in order to adapt to basic education reform in the cultivation objectives and methods.
