摘要
建设高素质新闻宣传队伍是践行马克思主义新闻观的基本要求,是实现媒体发展"弯道超车"的必由之路,也是新闻单位"两学一做"学习教育的重要内容。处在社会转型的关键时期,媒体公信力受到了前所未有的挑战。新闻从业人员作为媒体公信力的重要支柱,必须进一步强化新闻职业道德和职业精神,完善行业自律和他律机制,培养造就一支政治坚定、业务精湛、作风优良、党和人民放心的新闻宣传队伍,才能促进新闻事业的持续、健康发展。
Constructing high quality news team meets the requirements of Maxism news views, is the necessary road to realizing ＂opportunity development＂ and an important content of ＂two things to learn and one thing to do＂. In the turning period of social shift, the reliability of mass media is challenged unprecedently. News practioners are the important power of maintaining it, so contructing a propaganda team with fi rm political belief, exqusite skills, diligent attitude, and party＇s and peple＇s trust by strengthening professional ethics and spirits and perfecting the system of autonomy and heteronomy can maintain the sustainable and healthy development of news cause.
