腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的手术室护理要点分析

Analysis of the Nursing Key Points in the Operation Room of Endovenous Laser in the Treatment of Varix of Lower Limb

目的 分析腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的手术室护理要点。方法选择我院2014年9月~2015年8月收治的52例腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张患者作为观察对象,对所有患者用手术室观察护理,探讨护理方法和成效。结果 手术治疗后8 h患者即能够下地行走,所有患者的静脉曲张症状消失,肿胀、疼痛得到明显的改善,未出现手术并发症。结论 腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张是一种有效的方法,在此基础上配合有效的手术室护理干预能够促进患者病情康复、预防并发症的发生,具有非常重要的临床价值。

Objective To analyze the nursing key points in the operation room of endovenous laser in the treatment of varix of lower limb. Methods The admitted in our hospital in September 2014 - August 2015 52 cases of cavity laser in the treatment of lower extremity varicose vein patients as the observation object, for all patients with operating room observation and nursing of nursing methods and results. Results After surgery, 8 h patients were able to walk, all patients with varicose veins disappeared, swelling, pain was significantly improved, there was no surgical complications. Conclusion Endovenous laser treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity is a kind of effective method, based on combined with effective operating room nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of patients, prevention of complications occurred, has very important clinical value.
