摘要
探讨了不同种植密度条件下化控对夏玉米穗位叶衰老及产量的影响,为夏玉米化控栽培增产提供理论和试验依据。选用郑单958为玉米试验品种,设置6.75万、7.50万、8.25万、9.00万株/hm^2共4个密度,在拔节期叶面喷施玉黄金。结果表明,清水处理随密度的增加玉米穗位叶SPAD值和SOD、POD、CAT活性降低,MDA含量增加,可溶性蛋白含量降低。玉黄金处理较清水处理SPAD值增加,SOD、POD、CAT活性增强,MDA含量降低,可溶性蛋白含量增加。在8.25万株/hm^2的种植密度条件下,化控处理后的产量最高,达到10815.29 kg/hm^2,显著高于其他处理。
The objective of this experiment was to investigate the effect of chemical regulation measures on the ear leaf senescence and yield of summer maize at different plant densities,and to provide theoretical and experimental evidences for the highyielding cultivation of summer maize through chemical regulation. Maize variety Zhengdan 958 was planted at different densities( 67500,75000,82500 and 90000 plant/hm^2),and its leaves were sprayed by the chemical regulator Yuhuangjin at jointing stage. The results showed that: in the treatment of spraying pure water,along with the increase in planting density,the SPAD value and the activities of SOD,POD,CAT of ear leaf were declined,the content of MDA was increased,and the content of soluble protein was decreased. In comparison with the treatment of spraying pure water,the treatment of spraying Yuhuangjin increased the leaf SPAD value,the soluble protein content,and the activities of SOD,POD and CAT,and reduced the content of MDA.Under the condition of planting density 82500 plant/hm^2,the treatment of chemical regulation could make maize yield reach the highest level( 10815.29 kg/hm^2),which was significantly higher than the yield in other treatments.
