内镜窄带成像术加放大内镜与内镜活检诊断早期胃癌的对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨内镜窄带成像术加放大内镜(NBI-ME)及内镜活检在早期诊断胃癌的价值。方法采用NBIME对可疑病变(胃黏膜形态、颜色改变)进行观察,所有患者均行内镜下活检,术后进行病理检查确诊。计算NBIME、内镜活检诊断早期胃癌的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值。结果 NBI-ME诊断早期胃癌的灵敏度、特异度、阴性预测值与内镜活检比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NBI-ME对早期胃癌诊断有较高的价值,若符合NBI-ME早期胃癌诊断的患者建议行内镜活检,并术后进行病理检查确诊。
