笑气/氧气吸入镇静在儿童牙科畏惧症患者中的应用效果探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨笑气/氧气吸入镇静在儿童牙科畏惧症患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年6月—2015年6月间收治有牙科畏惧情绪的儿童随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各有患儿40例。对照组采用常规的口腔治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用笑气/氧气吸入镇静。比较两组患儿治疗前后主观焦虑情况和不同时间段的临床焦虑与合作行为。治疗后对患儿家长满意度进行调查。结果治疗前两组患儿CFSS-DS评分比较差异无统计学意义,而治疗后观察组CFSS-DS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),且两组得分差有统计学意义(P<0.001);对照组患者T_4、T_5和T_6时Venham评分低于T_1时,且观察组T_3、T_4、T_5和T_6时评分也低于T1时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而观察组患儿T_4、T_5和T_6时Venham评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的家长满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组未出现不良反应。结论笑气/氧气吸入可缓解患儿就诊中的焦虑、不安和恐惧情绪,改善患儿就诊行为表现,提高治疗依从性。 Objective To investigate the effects of nitrous oxide/oxygen inhalation sedation on child pa-tients with dental fear. Methods Child patients with dental fear cared at our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group randomly,40 cases in each group. Conventional oral treatment was used for the control group,and nitrous oxide/oxygen inhalation sedation was used for the observation group.Subjective anxiety,clinical anxiety and cooperative behavior at different times of two groups were compared.Child patient parents’satisfaction was surveyed after treatment. Results Be-fore treatment,the differences of CFSS-DS scores between the two groups had no statistical significance,but after treatment,CFSS-DS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.001),and the score difference values between the two groups had statistical significance (P 〈0.001 ).Venham scores at T4 ,T5 and T6 were lower than T1 in the control group,and Venham scores at T3 ,T4 ,T5 and T6 were also lower than T1 in observation group,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05);and Venham scores at T4 ,T5 and T6 of observation group was lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05).The child par-ents satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05).The observation group had no adverse reaction. Conclusion Nitrous oxide/oxygen inhalation can relieve child patients anxiety,uneasiness and fear,can improve the behavior of children,and can improve the treatment compliance.
