摘要
针对装备体系和综合电子信息系统概念的层次差异和分立研究现状与实际装备网络信息技术形态融合集成发展趋势和联合作战需求表现出不相适应性,使得装备体系演化论证面临认识论上的局限性和片面性,基于大数据的体系认知计算为联合作战意义下装备体系动态演化问题建模研究提供了契机.考虑作战角度下装备体系的全要素共演化特征、动态复杂性、对抗性和人的因素在体系动态演化中的中心地位,提出粒计算框架下基于形式概念认知计算手段构建联合作战意义下装备体系动态演化模型的理论框架.分析了装备体系动态演化建模在系统论延伸、数据模型知识化表达和信息粒化认知理论需求,从数据驱动的装备体系动态演化建模阶段、粒计算模型层次性和关键技术路线3个方面,探讨了以人为中心基于认知计算的概念化知识动态演化建模技术框架..
There are two facts that can not adapt to the equipment systems evolution and therefore demonstrates comprehension limitation constraints. One is the different levels of traditional concepts between the equipment system of systems and the integrated electronic information systems namely C4 ISR with discrete research status on them, the other one is the actual fusion integrated development trends on the network information technology with equipment and the joint operational requirements. Modeling theories for equipment system of systems cognitive computing with big data has been an opportunity for the actual demands on the dynamic evolutions of equipment system of systems. Taking into account the characteristics that the total factors co-evolution, dynamic complexity, confrontational and human factors are the Key elements in the evolution of systems, a theory framework is proposed to construct dynamic evolution model under the meaning of joint operations using formal concept cognitive computing with the granular computing as the framework. Firstly,the epistemological structure for evolution modeling of equipment system of systems is argued from three aspects demands that are systems epistemology, knowledge-based modeling Theory and information granularity cognitive. Then a conceptual knowledge evolution modeling technology framework based on cognitive computing for dynamic evolution modeling of ESo S from the perspective of human-centricity mechanisms is proposed.
