2015年云南省某三甲医院健康体检人员乙型肝炎病毒感染现状分析

Analysis on the status of hepatitis B virus for health examination person in a three-A grade hospital in Yunnan province in 2015

[目的]了解健康体检人员乙肝感染现状,为相关卫生部门制定有针对性的乙肝预防策略和措施提供理论依据。[方法]对52,591名健康体检人员采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测方法进行乙肝血清学检测,并用卡方检验对检测结果进行统计分析。[结果]52,591名健康体检人员中,HBV检出率为5.38%;HBs Ag阳性率为2.33%;HBs Ab单项阳性率68.08%;血清五项全阴率为26.53%;男性与女性HBV感染检出率和HBs Ag阳性率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),并随年龄增长而升高;不同职业人群中以公务员HBV感染检出率较高。[结论]2015年云南省某三甲医院健康体检人员HBV感染检出率和HBs Ag阳性率均低于全省水平;感染人群以男性居多,主要集中于中老年;公务员HBV感染检出率高于其他职业人群;且体检人群中存在大量的免疫空白。建议对重点人群开展乙肝健康宣教,并推广接种乙肝疫苗和定期进行乙肝血清学检测,以有效预防和控制HBV感染。

Objective To know the infection status of hepatitis B virus （HBV） among population of health examination in Yunnan so as to provide information for relevant health department formulating HBV prevention and control measures. Methods Detected hepatitis B serology by ELISA to 52591 health examination person, the result was statistically analyzed by chi -square test. Results Among these person, infection rate of HBV was 5.38% , HBV surface antigen （HBsAg） positive rate was 2.33% and antibody to HBsAg （HBsAb） rate was 68.08%, five - index of Hepatitis B negative rate was 26. 53%. There were statistical significant in infection rate of HBV and positive rate of HBsAg among male and female （P 〈 0. 05 ） , and increase with age. Civil servants infection rate of HBV was higher than other professions in this research. Conclusions The overall prevalence of HBV in health examination was lower than the provincial level. Infectious group mostly was male and in middle age and old people. Civil servants infection rate of HBV was higher than other professions. It was existed a large number of immunity blank. It suggests that to carry out hepatitis B health education. It is necessary to further strengthen researches on hepatitis B immunization strategies for adults and regular blood test of HBV to prevent and control the infection of hepatitis B.
