摘要
以问题为导向，是推进“两学一做”学习教育见真效的关键举措。高校通过开展“两学一做”学习教育，以问题的发现和解决促进党员干部思想提升、作风转变、工作增效，促使高校党建工作为学科发展保驾护航。
