活血解毒方治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Huoxue Jiedu prescription on acute coronary syndrome

目的:探讨中药活血解毒方治疗急性冠脉综合征临床疗效。方法:将110例ACS患者按照数字随机表法分为两组,每组55例,治疗组给予规范化西药治疗联合中药活血解毒方(包括丹参、红花、金银花、黄芪、连翘等)。对照组给予规范化西药治疗,比较两组治疗前后载脂蛋白B(Apo-B)、Apo-B/Apo-Ⅰ、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)变化情况。疗程结束后比较两组治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后治疗组Apo-B[(1.59±0.48)g/L vs(1.40±0.45)g/L]、Apo-B/Apo-Ⅰ[(1.24±0.19)vs(1.15±0.14)]、hs-CRP[(5.51±1.28)ng/ml vs(4.27±1.06)ng/ml]、IL-6[(116.81±19.42)ng/ml vs(98.03±16.19)ng/ml]、IL-8[(6.08±0.78)ng/ml vs(5.11±0.64)ng/ml]改善情况均优于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组。结论:中药活血解毒方治疗ACS疗效确切。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM ） Huoxue Jiedu prescription on acute coronary syndrome （ACS） .Methods ：110 patients with ACS were divided into 2 groups according to the digital random table method ,with 55 cases in each group ,the treatment group were treated with standardized western medicine treatment combined with Huoxue Jiedu prescription （consisting of 13 herbs of danshen ,honghua ,jinyinhua , huangqi ,lianqiao etc ） .The control group were given standardized western medicine treatment ,apolipoprotein B （Apo B） ,Apo B/Apo- Ⅰ ,high-sensitivity c-reactive protein （hs CRP） ,interleukin 6 （IL 6） and interleukin 8 （IL-8） ,before and after treatment of the two groups were compared .The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was com-pared .Results ：Improvement of Apo B[（1 .59 ± 0 .48）g/L vs （1 .40 ± 0 .45）g/L] ,Apo/Apo B Ⅰ[（1 .24 ± 0 .19） vs（1 .15 ± 0 .14）] ,hs CRP[（5 .51 ± 1 .28）ng/ml vs（4 .27 ± 1 .06）ng/ml] ,IL-6[（116 .81 ± 19 .42）ng/ml vs（98 .03 ± 16 .19）ng/ml] ,IL-8[（6 .08 ± 0 .78）ng/ml vs（5 .11 ± 0 .64）ng/ml] of the treatment group were better than those of the control group ,the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group .Conclusion ：The curative effect of TCM Huoxue Jiedu prescription on ACS is definite .
