摘要
本文采用静压轴承原理,研制开发了弯曲度检测仪,并提出了石英玻璃棒弯曲度检测工艺。
In this article,the principle of hydrostatic bearing is used to develop a bending tester,and a quartz glass rod bending test is proposed.
