制备温度与搅拌速率对废旧胶粉改性沥青粘度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用三种制备温度和搅拌速率制备得到了橡胶沥青,以布氏旋转粘度为指标研究了对废旧胶粉改性沥青粘度的变化规律,采用统计方法探讨了各因素水平对橡胶沥青粘度的影响。结果表明:制备温度和搅拌速率对废旧胶粉改性沥青的粘度都有显著性影响,制备温度越高,搅拌速率越快且制备时间越长,橡胶沥青反应越充分;废旧胶粉改性沥青的生产工艺参数不是单个因素的单独作用,而是所有因素共同作用下的复杂反应。 The rubber asphalt were prepared by three three preparation temperature and stirring rate.The variation of the viscosity of crumb rubber modified asphalt was evaluated using Brook rotational viscosity index.And the effects of various factors and level on viscosity of rubber asphalt were discussed using statistical method.The results showed that preparation temperature and stirring rate has a significant impact on the viscosity of crumb rubber modified asphalt.The higher the temperature and the faster the rate of stirring and the longer preparation time can get the full rubber asphalt reaction.The production process parameters of crumb rubber modified asphalt are not a single factor alone,but all factors together in complex reactions.
