在当今建筑工程迅速发展的背景下,设备安装工程成本控制是安装工程重要而组成部分,它不仅关系着建筑安装工程成本能否进行有效控制,同时也决定着能否发挥资金的最大效益、创造出最佳的社会效益。本文将从设备安装工程成本管理的实际作用与意义入手,讨论当前我国工程项目当中设备安装工程面对的现状,并提出相关的应对措施,为降低设备安装成本提供一些参考依据。
