摘要
为了解决道路冬季积雪结冰造成的交通运输安全问题,以氯化钙、氯化镁、醋酸钾及醋酸钙为基础材料制作新型融雪剂。选用三水平四因素的正交试验表进行优化方案筛选,在-10℃的条件下进行9组试验,将融雪剂均匀撒布于冰块,反应1小时,测定各个组合的融冰量。通过单指标直观分析得到最佳配合比。结果表明:复合型道面融雪剂的最佳组合比为氯化钙:醋酸钾:醋酸钙:氯化镁=1:3:2:3,即A1B3C2D3,相比与传统融雪剂,复合型融雪剂的融雪化冰效果较佳。
In order to solve the problem of traffic and transportation safety caused by snow and ice on the road,calcium chloride,magnesium chloride,potassium acetate and calcium acetate are the basic materials for the production of new snow melting agent.Optimization of screening selection of three levels andfour factors of orthogonal experiment,9 groups of experiments at-10 Deg.C,the snow melting agent are evenly distributed on the ice,the ice melting reaction for 1 hours,the amount of various combinations of determination.The optimal mix ratio was obtained through the single index analysis.The results show that the best combination of surface composite road snow melting agent than for calcium chloride,potassium acetate,calcium acetate,magnesium chloride =1:3:2:3,compared with the traditional snow melting agent,composite type of deicing de-icing effect is better.
