摘要
超声波检测是指超声波与工件相互作用,研究作用后的反射、投射和散射波,以达到对宏观缺陷、几何特性及力学变化等方面的检测,并对工件应用性进行评价的一门技术。本文将从超声检测的发展过程、基本原理、设备及器材、应用领域等方面进行简单介绍,并超声波检测的发展进行展望。
Ultrasonic detection refers to the interaction between ultrasonic and workpiece,the effect of reflection,projection and the scattered wave,in order to achieve the detection of macro defects,geometric characteristics and mechanical changes,and to use the workpiece was evaluated by a technology.This article will introduce the development process of ultrasonic testing,the basic principles,equipment and equipment,application areas and other aspects of a brief introduction,on the basis of the future development of ultrasound in the future.
