我国建筑防水卷材质量现状

Discussion about the quality of waterproofing rolled materials in our country

随着经济的不断发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,建筑工程的质量问题逐渐引起了社会各界的重视。建筑防水卷材作为建筑工程防水的第一道屏障,其产品质量不容忽视。本文介绍了近年来建筑防水卷材行业的发展情况,并根据8年的国家监督抽查数据,梳理建筑防水卷材质量现状,分析可能存在质量问题的几点原因,提出了在后续质量监管工作中应采取的措施和建议。

With the development of economy and the improvement of living quality,the quality of the construction project has been got more and more attention.The Waterproofing Rolled Material has been regarded as the first barrier to the construction project,of which the quality cannot be ignored.The development of building waterproof material industry in recent years has been introduced in this paper.On the base of 8 years＇ national supervision and spot check data,the quality status has been analyzed,and several possible reasons has been found out.Some measures and suggestions that must be taken in the work of quality supervision in the future has been suggested in this paper.
