我国校园足球政策执行效果及主要影响因素分析

An analysis of the effect of campus foot policy implementation in China and its main affecting factors

从组织机构、竞赛体系、教学训练、培训体系、保障体系、普及程度6个方面对我国校园足球政策执行效果分析,认为我国校园足球政策执行效果不理想,存在执行主体权威不足、执行效率低等问题。运用主成分分析法得出,校园足球政策执行效果主要影响因素依次为执行主体、目标群体、政策资源、政策本身和执行环境。

From such 6 aspects as organizational structure, competition system, teaching training, training system, assurance system, and degree of popularization, the authors analyzed the effect of campus football policy implementation in China, and concluded that the overall implementation of campus foot policies in China had such problems as unsatisfactory effect, low policy implementation efficiency, inadequate implementation subject authority, perfunctory policy implementation etc. By using principal component analysis, the authors concluded that main factors affecting the effect of campus football policy implementation are in turn implementation subject, target group, policy resource, policy itself and implementation environment.
