摘要
通过中国与欧洲20个体育教育协会成员国课外体育活动的政策特点、组织管理、时间安排等的比较,从中得出如下启示:我国应分清责任主体,切实落实政策,正确认识课外体育活动功能与价值,强化师资配置,探索和形成课外体育活动学校、社区、体育组织联动的模式及运行机制。
By comparing the policy characteristics, organization management and time allocation etc regarding extracurricular sports activities in China and 20 physical education association member countries in Europe, the authors derived the following inspirations therein: China should clarify the subject of responsibility, implement policies in practice, correctly recognize the functions and values of extracurricular activities, intensify teacher configuration, explore and form an extracurricular activity mode and operating mechanism in which schools, communities and sports organizations are interactive.
