摘要 目的研制一种具有放大功能的医用眼镜式放大镜,提供个性化定制,满足临床上医生的操作使用。方法测量使用者眼睛的生理数据,定制非球面透镜作为目镜和物镜,设计光路,组成放大透镜组。根据测量得到的操作者眼科处方,定制外围眼镜片。测量使用者头部数据,三维建模,引进人体工学设计,建立眼镜镜架的三维模型,作为支架,将放大部分镶嵌其中,制成眼镜式放大镜。结果经测试,本眼镜式放大镜重量轻,放大效果好,图像无球差,边缘无畸变,聚焦准确,佩戴舒适。结论本研究根据使用者生理参数量身定制,满足个性化需要,非常适用于外科手术的放大应用。 Objective To develop a kind of binocular magnifying glasses as to provide the individualcustomization and meet the operation and use needs for clinical doctors. Methods The physiologicaldata of the user’s eye was measured to customize the aspheric lens as the objective and the eyepiece.Then, the optical path was designed for composition of a magnifying lens group. According to operator’sophthalmic prescription obtained after measurement, the peripheral glasses were customized. The user’sdata of head was measured to make 3D modeling, introduce ergonomic design and then establish the3D model of glasses frames as a scaffold. Then, the magnifying part was embedded into scaffold tomake magnifying glasses. Results After the testing, the magnifying glasses were featured with lightweight, good effect, aberration-free images, no distortion, accurate focusing and comfortability to wear.Conclusion Based on the physiological parameters of the users, this research met the individual needs,and was very suitable for the application of surgical procedures.
