摘要
目的建立门诊运营监控系统,优化门诊各项资源配置,提升医院门诊管理的总体水平和患者就诊满意度。方法系统开发采用视图层、服务层、实体层技术架构,主要包括门诊监控管理、医生资质管理、统计查询管理等功能模块。结果系统通过对门诊运营管理数据的采集与分析,实现了对当日挂号人数、医技综合管理、诊疗量及当日检查人数的实时监控,有效地提高了门诊运营管理的工作效率和服务质量。结论针对门诊运营管理中存在的主要问题,开发符合本院医政管理的门诊运营监控系统具有实际意义。
Objective To establish an outpatient operation monitor system so as to optimize the allocationof various resources in Department of Outpatient and to increase the overall management of Departmentof Outpatient in the hospital as well as the patients’ satisfaction degree. Methods The system wasdeveloped with adoption of multiple technology infrastructures from the aspects of screen service andentity, which mainly consisted of various functional modules, such as outpatient monitor management,physician qualification management, statistics and query management. Results Through acquisition andanalysis of outpatient operation management data, real-time monitor of the daily number of registration,comprehensive management of medical technical staff, the number of diagnosis and treatment as wellas the daily number of examinations was realized. Consequently, the work efficiency and service qualityof outpatient operation management was effectively increased. Conclusion In view of the main issuesin outpatient operation management, an outpatient operation monitor system that was suitable for themedical administration of the hospital was established, which was of practical significance.
