摘要
中国近代大学教师群体指存在于近代大学场域内的学者或教员人群。它的产生和发展浸透着中西文化冲突的因子,具有明显的过渡性时代特征,即教师群体来源构成新旧杂糅;教师伦理观逐步形成,大学教师职业获得承认;教师知识结构从单一到多元;教师职业技能由传统单调到灵活趋新。
In terms of the group of Chinese modern university teachers,it refers to the scholars or teachers who exist in the field of modern university. Its emergence and development is imbued with the factors of the cultural conflicts between the East and the West. With the obvious characteristics of transitional era,namely source of teacher groups constitute the mixture of the new and the old; teachers ethics gradually formed,university teachers5 professional recognition; teachers knowledge structure from single to multiple; teachers' professional skills from the traditional monotonous flexible new trend.
