子宫内膜异位症患者保守性手术治疗盆腔痛的疗效及相关因素分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect and Related Factors of Conservative Surgery for Pelvic Pain in Patients with Endometriosis

目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症患者保守性手术治疗盆腔痛的疗效及相关因素。方法:104例子宫内膜异位症患者采用保守性手术治疗,根据盆腔痛缓解情况将患者分为缓解组(66例)和未缓解组(38例),对保守性手术的疗效和相关因素进行分析。结果:双侧盆腔病变、子宫腺肌病、术后药物治疗、子宫直肠陷凹重建术、骶前神经切断术等5个因素与内异症患者保守性手术治疗盆腔痛的疗效相关。结论:控制影响内异症患者盆腔痛保守性手术疗效5个相关因素,可提高保守性手术治疗盆腔痛的疗效。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect and related factors of conservative surgery in the treatment of pelvic pain in patients with endometriosis. Methods： 104 cases of patients with endometriosis by conservative surgery, according to pelvic pain relief were divided into remission group（66 cases） and non remission group（38 cases）, and the curative effect of conservative surgery related factors analysis. Results： The curative effect of relevant bilateral pelvic lesions, adenomyosis, postoperative medication, rectouterine pouch reconstruction, presacral neurectomy 5 factors and endometriosis conservative surgery in the treatment of pelvic pain. Conclusion： The 5 factors affecting control of patients with endometriosis and pelvic pain conservative surgery curative effect, can improve the curative effect of conservative surgery for pelvic pain.
