摘要
目的:观察卡泊三醇联合甘露聚糖肽胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法:70例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为对照组(35例)和治疗组(35例)。对照组使用卡泊三醇治疗,治疗组在卡泊三醇的治疗基础上加用甘露聚糖肽胶囊。疗程均为12周。结果:治疗12周有效率,治疗组为91.43%,对照组为68.57%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合使用卡泊三醇和甘露聚糖肽治疗寻常型银屑病,起效快,能提高临床效果。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of calcipotriol combined with Mannatide Capsules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods： 70 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into control group（35 cases） andtreatment group（35 cases）. In the control group, the treatment group was treated with calcipotriol, and the treatment group was added with Mannatide Capsules on the basis of the treatment of calcipotriol. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. Results：The treatment efficiency of 12 weeks, the treatment group was 91.43%, the control group was 68.57%, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The combined use of calcipotriol l and the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with the use of the card, the effect is fast, can improve the clinical effect.
