不同护理模式在老年骨质疏松性股骨骨折中的应用效果

Efficacy of Different Nursing Mode in Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis Femoral Fracture

目的:探究应用不同护理模式护理在老年骨质疏松性股骨骨折患者的效果。方法:83例患者随机分为对照组(43例)、观察组(40例)。对照组的护理模式为传统常规护理,观察组护理模式为综合性护理。结果:观察组疗效显著好于对照组,观察组及格率明显高于对照组;观察组患者并发关节僵硬、缺血坏死、深静脉血栓及骨折不愈的概率明显低于对照组;观察组平均住院时间及术后活动时间均明显少于对照组,P<0.05。结论:综合性护理措施下护理效果明显优于传统常规护理效果。

Objective： To explore the effect of nursing care in elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral fractures by using different nursing mode. Methods： 83 patients were randomly divided into control group（43 cases） and observation group（40 cases）. The nursing mode of the control group was traditional routine nursing, and the observation group nursing mode was comprehensive nursing. Results： The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, observation group pass rate was significantly higher than that of the control group; the probability of observed group of patients with joint stiffness, ischemic necrosis, deep vein thrombosis and fracture healing was significantly lower than that of the control group. The observation group after the average hospitalization time and operation time was significantly less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of comprehensive nursing care is superior to the traditional nursing care.
