种子质量的优劣不仅影响着农民的经济收益,而且还直接关系到农业生产的安全以及农村发展的稳定性。因此要规范种子市场,维护种子市场的正常运营,避免和严禁假冒伪劣的种子流入市场,危害农民利益的现象出现。文章以乡宁县为例,就种子市场曾经出现的混乱情况进行分析,提出制度性监管措施。
