摘要 为达到马铃薯杀秧机的仿垄形要求和避免杀秧刀轴与整机发生共振现象。利用Solid Works建模软件进行杀秧机整体设计和用ANSYS workbench分析软件对杀秧刀轴进行模态分析。模态分析数据表明,杀秧刀转轴六阶固有频率避开了整机固有频率,可有效避免共振变形现象。所设计杀秧机可将秧茬高度控制在100 mm之内,具有良好的杀秧效果。 In order to reach the ridge shape of potato haulm cutter in the process of the work requirements, to avoid the haulm cutter shaft when working with the phenomenon of resonance. The overall design and analysis software of workbench ANSYS seedling cutter shaft modal analysis of potato haulm cutter using Solid Works modeling software. The modal analysis of the data showed that the seedling knife shaft six order natural frequency to avoid the natural frequency,which can effectively avoid the resonance deformation phenomenon, and design of potato haulm cutter can be controlled within 100 mm of seedling height, seedling which has a good effect.
