摘要
1999年以后升本的本科院校,在培养思想政治教育专业人才的过程中要结合学校的办学转型落实好办学定位,常熟理工学院走了一条面向企业文化建设发展思想政治教育专业的道路,从人才培养规格设计、课程设置层次、课外培养方案的制定落实、校企合作培养模式的构建、学生管理工作的配套跟进、毕业设计的真题真做等方面落实思想政治教育专业的人才培养,探索出一条应用型大学培养思想政治教育专业人才的道路。
The undergraduate colleges and universities upgraded since 1990 should implement school-running orientation in cultivating ideological and political education talents in combination with their transitional development.Changshu Institute of Technology has chosen the path of developing ideological and political education specialty aiming at the construction of enterprise culture and explored the way of cultivating the ideological and political education specialty in applied colleges and universities by designing the talent training specifications, setting curriculum levels, implementing extracurricular training plans, establishing the school-enterprise cooperation training mode, following up the student management work, and carrying out the graduation project.
