摘要
工业4.0是以智能制造为主导的第四次工业革命,是构成未来工业体系的一个关键特征。随着我国智能制造装备的发展,自动化专业的知识体系将面临重组与优化,人才培养计划与课程体系需要及时反映新技术、新学科之间的交叉与融合。本文分析了工业4.0下自动化专业发展的新内涵,给出自动化专业知识体系的发展趋势和系统集成类课程的教学特点,在探索适应工程界和企业界未来对自动化人才要求的课程体系,以促进自动化专业的前瞻性发展。
Industry 4.0 is the fourth industrial revolution based on intelligent manufacturing as the leading factor. It is a key feature of future industrial system. With the development of intelligent manufacturing equipment in China,automation specialty knowledge system will call for restructuring and optimization, and the talent training plan and course system need to timely reflect the intersection and integration between new technologies and new disciplines.This paper analyzes the new connotation of automation professional development under Industry 4.0, and development trend of automation professional knowledge system, and teaching characteristics of the system integration course are given. The purpose of the paper is to explore a curriculum system to meet engineering and business circles' needs for future automation talents in order to promote the prospective development of automation specialty.
