摘要
对高水平运动员在训练和学习上的特征进行分析,训练方面的特征表现为目标的功利性、集体的离散性、训练的业余性和竞赛的局限性;学习方面的特征表现为文化基础薄弱、身份的双重性、专业的局限性和学习的间断性。在分析当前高校高水平运动员文化教育和学籍管理上所存在问题的基础上,提出应以育人为本原则、就业为导向原则、"校园竞技文化繁荣"原则重构运动员文化教育和学籍管理模式。应对策略是应进一步完善和细化文化教育与学籍管理模式,结合专业特征设计高水平运动员的文化教育进度,激励部分高水平运动员选择体育类专业方向并提高学历层次,建立高校高水平运动员文化教育与学籍管理模式的监督机制。
The main characteristics of training and learning of high-level athletes are analyzed in this paper. The results show that the training characteristics reflect utilitarian targets, collective discretization, amateurish training and the limitations of competition, and that the learning characteristics feature weak cultural foundations, the duality of identity, professional limitations and intermittent learning. Based on the analysis of the current problems in the education and management of high-level athletes in colleges and universities, the authors put forward the principles of 'educating the students', 'employment orientation' and 'campus athletic culture flourishing' to reconstruct athletes' culture education and student status management mode. The countermeasures should include the further improvement and refinement of the modes of culture education and student status management by designing high-level athletes' cultural education progress combined with professional characteristics, inspiring some high-level athletes to choose the sports professional direction to improve their education level, and establishing the supervision mechanism of high-level athletes' cultural education in colleges and universities and school register management mode.
