摘要
针对某450m^2烧结生产线余热回收改建项目,定量计算在该烧结生产线满负荷条件下,余热利用能量转化环节的损失。通过余热发电机组和SHRT拖动机组的方案比较,为业主合理选择余热利用技术方案创造条件,并对265m^2以上已建烧结线选择余热利用项目机组提出合理建议。
For the reconstruction project of heat recycling to 450m2 sintering production, the energy loss of heat recycling after a series of transformation processes can be calculated in the condition of sin-tering at full production. By comparing the surplus heat recovery and electricity generation system with the SHRT drive system, it created the conditions for owners to choose the reasonable technology for heat utilization and proposes appropriate suggestion for the over 265 m2 reconstruction project.
