摘要
以降本增效为研究目标,以本钢7号高炉为研究和实践对象,利用计算Rist操作线的方法,根据实际生产数据,绘制出实际和理想的Rist操作线图。通过对比两条操作线,计算出7号高炉降低焦比的潜能。在此基础上,利用优化装料制度对高炉降耗进行了实践。实践表明,通过理论计算和操作实践相结合,可以降低燃料消耗,7号高炉的入炉焦比和燃料比都得到了有效降低。
Reducing cost and increasing benefits were the research targets, the research and practice object was Benxi steel No. 7 blast furnace. By taking advantage of the calculating method of the Rist operating line, the actual and ideal Rist operating lines were drawn according to the actual production data. So the potential of reducing coke ratio was calculated by comparing the two operating lines, based on which, optimizing charging system has been practiced in order to reduce fuel consumption. Practice showed that, through the combining of theoretical calculation and operation practice, the tar-gets of reducing cost and increasing benefits could be realized, both coke ratio and fuel ratio of No. 7 blast furnace were effectively reducing, which provided references to the same level domestic blast fur-nace production.
