超声在睾丸恶性淋巴瘤诊断中的应用价值

The value of ultrasound in diagnosis of testicular lymphoma

目的:对睾丸恶性淋巴瘤的超声表现进行分析,进一步分析探讨超声在睾丸恶性淋巴瘤诊断中的临床价值和意义。方法:选取收手术且经术后病理证实的睾丸淋巴瘤患者16例作为研究对象,回顾性分析其超声声像图表现。结果:16例患者中8例为恶性B细胞淋巴瘤(弥漫性大B型),4例为恶性NK/T细胞淋巴瘤型,4例为粘膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤伴弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤转化。超声检查显示病灶均呈不均质低回声,10例患者病灶呈弥漫性分布,6例患者病灶呈结节状分布。彩色多普勒提示所有病灶内部探及丰富的血流信号。结论:高频超声对睾丸恶性淋巴瘤的诊断有一定的价值,结合病史可以为临床诊断治疗提供帮助。

Objective ：To analyze the ultrasonographic features of malignant lymphoma of the testis ,and to discuss the clinical value and significance in the diagnosis of testicular malignant lymphoma .Methods ：Ultrasound features of 16 cases of testicular lymphoma patients that were treated by surgery and confirmed by postoperative pathology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were analyzed retrospectively ,the ultrasonographic features of the patients with testicular lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed .Results ：Among 16 cases ,there were 4 cases of malignant NK /T cell lymphoma ,4 cases of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma and diffuse large B cell lymphoma ,lymphoid tissue lymphoma .Ultrasonography showed that testicular lymphomas present as heterogeneous hypoechoic lesions of the testis with a hypervascular appearance at color Doppler interrogation .In 16 cases , 10 were with diffuse lesions and 6 were with nodular lesions of testis .Conclusion ：High frequency ultrasound combined with history is valuable in the diagnosis of testicular lymphoma .
