日照港油品码头大气污染物排放清单分析

The Study of Air Pollution Emission Inventory in Rizhao Oil Port

我国油品码头产生的大气污染物对区域大气环境有着重要影响,但我国对港口码头大气污染物排放清单的相关研究却相对薄弱。选取日照港油品码头为研究对象,对其总体情况进行调研收集,依照生产工艺依次筛选大气污染源并进行分类,确定各污染源类别的活动水平,根据工况和控制水平合理选择估算模型和排放因子,对2014年日照港油品码头排放的PM2.5、PM10、VOCs、SO2、NOx进行计算,建立日照港油品码头大气污染物排放清单。研究表明,2014年日照港油品码头大气污染物排放总量VOCs为1 815.71 t,SO2为942.56 t,NOx为3 096.64 t,PM10为5 343.36 t,PM2.5为731.28 t。该清单为掌握港口污染源对区域大气环境贡献情况、分析码头内各污染源分担率和减排潜力、为环境主管部门制定相关环保政策提供了依据。

The air pollution generated by oil port has a significant impact on regional atmospheric environment,but the research of air pollution emission inventory of ports in China is relatively limited. We selected Rizhao oil port in this study,collected its overall status,screened and classified air pollution sources according to the production process,determined the activity level of pollution sources,chose estimation model and emission factors according to the working conditions and control level,and calculated the emission of PM2. 5,PM10,VOCs,SO2,NOxin 2014. Finally,we established the air pollution emission inventory of Rizhao oil port,and the results showed that the total emissions of Rizhao oil port in 2014 were 1815. 20 tons of VOCs,942. 56 tons of SO2,3096. 64 tons of NOx,5343. 36 tons of PM10,and731. 28 tons of PM2. 5. Based on the emission inventory,we analyzed the management strategies of air pollution reduction for the oil port. This inventory provided essential evidence for understanding the impact of port pollution sources on regional atmospheric environment,analyzing the share ratio and emission reduction potential of port pollution sources,and helping government to establish environmental policies.
